City Sights & Coastal Delights in Australia

Embark on 3 action-packed tours of some of Australia’s most popular attractions — including Melbourne, Great Ocean Road & Phillip Island — while staying at a magnificent, multi-award-winning hotel.

About Your Trip

Head Down Under for a fun and fascinating DreamTrip through the southeastern Australian state of Victoria, staying in its magnetic capital, Melbourne — ranked “The World’s Most Livable City” every year since 2011 by the Economist Intelligence Unit. Get acquainted with this wonderful place when you visit some of its many highlights, including State Library Victoria that was built in 1854, vibrant Queen Victoria Market, neo-Gothic St. Paul's Cathedral and Federation Square.

The following day, you’ll journey along Australia’s breathtaking Great Ocean Road. Hugging the country’s southeastern coastline, this incredible scenic drive passes through lush rainforests, majestic cliffs and golden beaches, and features intriguing landmarks along the way. You’ll sightsee at Memorial Arch, iconic Split Point Lighthouse and the seaside village of Apollo Bay, then stop at Port Campbell National Park to take in Loch Ard Gorge and the imposing Twelve Apostles limestone rock formations.

Your final tour takes you out of town to 2 places of incomparable natural beauty. Start inland at Eastern Sherbrooke Forest in Dandenong Ranges National Park with some time to check out the rolling hills and verdant rainforest. Then, you’re off to explore Phillip Island — home of fairy penguins, koalas, seal dolphins and more — before heading back to your hotel with memories to last a lifetime!

What we love:
• On top of other awards and accolades, your superlative lodgings — InterContinental® Melbourne The Rialto — was recognized as Oceania’s Leading Hotel at the 2019 World Travel Awards!
• The bustling Queen Victoria Market is the largest open-air market in the Southern Hemisphere.
• Winding more than 150 miles (240 kilometers), Great Ocean Road memorializes soldiers who fought in World War I.
• Although it was given the name Twelve Apostles, this popular attraction has only 8 remaining limestone formations, thanks to heavy erosion by rugged sea conditions.
• To maximize your enjoyment, download the DreamTrips™ app to access DreamTrips Local — then earn points on dining, entertainment, spa experiences & more at select spots recommended by DreamTrippers just like you!

This trip will close by December 31.
